Please, welcome to the overview of AIESEC in Ukraine performance in 2009! 

With 667exchange realizations, 1129members, 207members with completed leadership experience, and 65exchanges realized with leadership xp in 2009 AIESEC in Ukraine is striving to deliver the promise, becoming one of the top performing countries and a good example and role model to the global network.

 As the generation after unlimited goals, dreams, every day we are striving for excellence and achievements for AIESEC in Ukraine leading by example and inspiring our members. We are thankful to MCs before us for building basement for LEGENDARY GROWTH and happy to deliver it EVERY DAY, for EVERY MEMBER in our country.

We grew because:

1)       X realization has become more stable and proportional: CY has learned how to fight with global realization peaks and not depend on them through efficient supply/demand management (needed projects/people in the needed time), exchange partnerships to support pipeline etc.

2)       Pool diversification:

ICX: growth in DT TNs realization 400%, ET 115% and MT 21%

OGX: growth in DT EPs realization 870%, ET EPs 1580%, TT EPs 27%

3)       Reliable Exchange partnerships (Thanks to India, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Brazil, Poland, CAC region and many more)

4)       Our members are motivated by healthy competition among each other and with high performing countries (Just Raise it! spring 2009 (competition with Czech Republic and Romania), Just Raise it! Autumn 2009 (ICX vs. ER), Matching Heroes (competition with Turkey), 4X4! Campaign 2009 (2 editions))

5)       Projects diversification: new projects of 2009 Skills Matter (ET), Children Path (DT), Green Rush (DT)
